Hand Poured Candles

MMC are hand poured, one by one. We appreciate your patience while we produce your custom order.

Our candles are unloaded/unfixed, leaving the magic & intention up to the purchaser. We simply supply quality, handpoured candles for you to utilize in your practice, however you see fit.

~Broken candles: If you receive a broken candle in your delivery, you must alert us within 3 business days. PLEASE note, dents, dings, air pockets & other imperfections that are out of our control, do not constitute a true break. A true break is when a candle is broken & considered unsaleable. Purchaser must send a full photo of broken candle(s) to mysticalmysticandles@gmail.com. On a case by case basis, MMC will decide whether purchaser will need to send the broken items back or keep them. MMC will provide prepaid shipping labels in these cases. Purchaser may decide if they prefer an exact replacement of candles or a credit applied to their next purchase. MMC DOES NOT GIVE MONETARY REFUNDS
