No Refunds or Exchanges.

Please do not order if you are unsure about your purchase. We do not refund orders under any circumstances.

Any BREAKS caused during transit, MUST be reported to us within 4 days after delivery. A photo must be sent to Mysticalmysticandles@gmail.com. Scratches, dents & dings do not constitute a break. Wax is a soft material & those are normal occurrences. We will not send replacements past day 4 after delivery. Please compare your packaging slip to the contents in your box asap, as well as checking for breaks. Once again, breaks reported more than 3 days after delivery will not be replaced. NO EXCEPTIONS
