Shipping policy

We do NOT rush orders 

We do NOT ship international. Please note: If an individual or business overrides this policy by shipping to the border of Canada to pick up the box on their own, by crossing the border, all replacement options are null & void. Any broken items will not be replaced as we do not ship internationally due to the fragility of our handmade products. 

We do not create the shipping costs, USPS & UPS does. Shipping is based on weight & location.

In a world of instant gratification, we ask you to step back in time, when quality mattered and products were handmade. MMC prides itself on producing high quality candles, one by one. We do not keep stock, each candle is made to order. We are unable to provide you with an EXACT shipping date, because life happens. 

Production times vary based on the size of your order. Respectfully, we are not Amazon, if you cannot wait patiently, we may not be the shop for you. Quality takes time.

Wholesale orders typically require 2 to 3 weeks to produce (business days). These times are higher for larger orders. Our candles are made by hand, one by one. 

Retail orders typically require 7  business days. These production times are higher for larger orders. Our candles are made by hand, one by one. 

The above production times do fluctuate & are not always accurate

Breaks during shipping are not the fault of Mystical Mysti Candles. We will gladly remake them but all broken items must be photographed OR returned to us, for multiple reasons.

Chipped paint, minor dings (wax is fragile) & scratches do NOT constitute a real break. 

 As of March 2021:

Any breaks caused during transit, MUST be reported to us within 3 days after delivery. A photo must be sent to Mysticalmysticandles@gmail.com. Scratches, dents & dings do not constitute a break. Wax is a soft material & those are normal occurrences. We will not send replacements past day 4 after delivery. Please compare your packaging slip to the contents in your box asap, as well as checking for breaks. Once again, breaks reported more than 3 days after delivery will not be replaced. NO EXCEPTIONS
